Michael brings a strong background in organizational transitions, with years of experience helping companies implement new systems, processes, and structures. Today, he leads our operational integration efforts—ensuring changes are seamless, efficient, and built to create a better experience for both our clients and our team.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Michael loves spending time with his wife, Lena, and their large Greek family—including eight nieces and nephews who keep life exciting. He’s passionate about traveling to beach destinations, visiting family in Greece and exploring the country’s many coastal towns. A self-proclaimed foodie, Michael enjoys discovering new restaurants, playing in local sports leagues with friends, and cheering on his favorite teams.
